Welcome to my shop!! All items featured have been designed and hand made with love by myself Barbara Macleod - contemporary jewelry designer/ maker from my workshop in the remote Scottish Highlands. The main basis of my work is bringing vintage decorative patterns and forms into a contemporary context through the use of modern techniques.
All pieces of jewelry follow a very specific design and making process which I`ve evolved over a few years, so all items have a certain distinctive quality.
If you have any questions, please don`t hesitate to get in touch. You can see more examles of my work at www.barbara-macleod.com.

Returns & exchanges

See item details for return and exchange eligibility.

Payment

Payments should be paid through Paypal. However money orders can be used. Goods will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared. Once an item has been purchased I would expect a paypal payment within 3 days or money order within 7 working days. If I don`t hear from you or receive anything within this time the order will be cancelled and the item re-listed.

Shipping

As soon as payment is received your order will be shipped. I use Airsure, which estimates delivery at 3-5 days for those outside the uk or Royal Mail Next Day Delivery for uk orders. Both services insure the item bought for any loss or damage - you will be supplied with a tracking number. If the item arrives damaged please let me know immediately in writing.

Additional policies and FAQs

Jewelry care - as with most silver, it may tarnish over time so I recommend using warm soapy water and a firm tooth or nail brush or a fine scotch brite pad and then rinse with cold water and pat dry. I wouldn`t advise this however for silver that has purposely been oxidised (blackened) as this will remove this.
